This toilet has been running for weeks and I can't take it anymore

I feel like I'm losing my mind listening to this toilet run constantly. It started a few weeks ago, just a subtle hiss at first that I could ignore, but now it's become this loud, continuous sound that I can hear from the living room and it's driving me absolutely crazy. I've tried jiggling the handle, adjusting the chain, and even replaced the flapper myself after watching a tutorial, but nothing has made any difference at all. I'm pretty sure at this point that the problem is more complicated than just a simple flapper issue, maybe something with the fill valve or the flush mechanism itself. The water bill has also been creeping up higher than usual, which I'm guessing is because of all this water constantly running and wasting money. I hate the thought of calling a plumber for something that seems like it should be a simple fix, but clearly I've reached the limit of my DIY abilities and I need someone who actually knows what they're doing to figure this out. I'm also a little worried that if I keep ignoring it, the problem could get worse and eventually cause damage to the bathroom floor or the ceiling below. I've been looking for someone who offers Belmont plumbing repairs done right, because I want a professional who will actually diagnose the root cause instead of just slapping a band-aid on it and leaving me with the same problem a month later. Has anyone else dealt with a toilet that just wouldn't stop running no matter what you tried? What ended up being the actual problem and how much did it cost to get sorted out? I'd really appreciate some insight before I make that call.

Umm Suqeim workshop offering same day vinyl car wrapping – any recommendations?

Morning everyone. I’ve had my BMW for about a year now and the paint is starting to look a bit tired, so I’m thinking of giving it a fresh look with a vinyl wrap. I’m based near Umm Suqeim, so I’m hoping to find a place locally rather than driving all over Dubai. The problem is, I've seen a few places around the Al Quoz industrial area that say they do wraps, but I'm a bit nervous about quality control – I don’t want to end up with bubbles, peeling edges, or bits of trim broken because someone was rushing. I know it's a skilled job that needs patience, especially around tricky areas like bumpers and door handles. I’ve come across a few options nearby, like PPS DXB, which is in the Kanoo Compound on Umm Suqeim Street and offers full and partial car wrapping services . I also saw Rhino Nano, which is a highly-rated PPF and wrapping shop in Al Quoz, and AK7 Motors, another workshop on Umm Suqeim Street that offers car wrapping as one of their core services . Does anyone have direct experience with an Umm Suqeim workshop offering same day vinyl car wrapping that actually does a meticulous job and can turn it around quickly? I'm looking for a place that will treat the car with care and not rush the job just to get it out the door.
