XT4 owner, got quoted crazy money for a coolant leak, need a second opinion

Noticed a small puddle under my XT4 last week and the coolant level keeps dropping slowly, so I took it in and got told it needs a water pump replacement plus some hose work and the quote was honestly painful. The car only has 62,000 km on it so I am not fully convinced the pump is gone already, feels like they might be guessing. Before I approve anything I want a second opinion from someone who actually knows Cadillacs and will pressure test the system properly instead of just eyeballing it. If anyone has dealt with a coolant leak on these engines, was it usually the pump or something simpler like a cracked reservoir or a loose clamp?
