Decycle New Materials is pleased to announce the arrival of our new Advanced 85 Holes MBBR Media . This innovative product is designed for maximum biofilm retention and hydraulic performance offering a solution thats both efficient and effective for Wastewater Treatment Plants.

Carbon Neutral MBBR Plants

The secret to cost-effective wastewater treatment is maximizing the growth of good microorganisms that naturally metabolize organic material. A thin layer of microorganisms, which is developed on the surface of the MBBR media (biofilm) is responsible for this. The 85-Hole pattern in our MBBR media redefines biofilm development with more surface area for microbial attachment resulting in superior treatment of wastewater.

Optimal flow rates are necessary for enhanced treatment capability in WWTPs. Our 85 hole design MBBR media is breakthrough that enables the water to be in contact with the maximum amount of biofilm for much longer time than our competitors. This has the effect of enhancing nutrient removal and increasing treatment efficiency, which makes it an excellent choice in wastewater treatment applications.

The secret to holding more biofilm while out competing the competition is our 85 recirculating port hole pattern. We have added more holes on the surface of media, in which had given better attachment site for microbes and contributed to a thicker and stable biofilm. This increases the efficiency of treatment in the system by encouraging growth of those bacteria that feed on and decompose organic pollutants in the water.

For the Advanced 85-Hole MBBR Media, it is the next generation type of MBBR media that is more advanced and give a better biofilm attachment surface retention time, available functional space and values in simplicity of use. Because of its design and engineering this product is going to change the way sewage treatment plants are built.

In summary, Advanced 85-Hole MBBR Media is a breakthrough in wastewater treatment technology by Decycle New Materials. Featuring enhanced biofilm and hydraulics performance, the technology delivers cost-effective treatment with a small footprint that is ideally suited for markets where water availability and land costs are prohibitive.
