U4GM COD MW4 FOB Checklist for November 5
Season 1 prep is less about hoarding everything and more about making your first login useful. Before November 6, take a quick look through the FOB, finish anything that is nearly done, and leave room for new drops. If you are running practice matches with MW4 Bot Lobbies , use that time to test the weapons and plate setup you plan to carry into DMZ.
Start With the FOB and Your Cash
Open each station and check its current state. Some may be complete, while others could be sitting one upgrade away. Take a screenshot of the station board. It gives you a simple record to compare with the live setup after the season update. Keep enough vendor cash for at least one useful unlock, too. Selling unused contraband weapons, spare attachments, and duplicate carriers is usually better than letting them occupy valuable slots.
| Area | What to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| FOB stations | Locked, partial, or complete upgrades | Shows what changed after launch |
| Stash | Open spaces and labelled gear | Makes new loot easier to manage |
| Keys | Map, door, and mission relevance | Prevents rushed sorting later |
| Medical gear | Self Revives and three-plate carriers | Sets a sensible starting reserve |
Clear the Jobs That Are Almost Finished
Mission progress is easy to lose track of when a board changes. Turn in objectives that need only one more raid, and do not start a long multiplayer grind if an FOB task is still waiting on a DMZ run. Old keys should stay labelled until the update confirms that their doors have changed. Items that refuse normal deletion may need a vendor interaction or a dedicated removal option, so deal with them before the season load.
Use a Simple Pre-Season Routine
One focused raid is enough. Go in with a clear plan, return with useful gear, and sort the stash straight away. A practical order looks like this.
Restock plates and Self Revives.
Clear unwanted attachments and duplicate equipment.
Finish nearby mission objectives.
Protect the weapons you actually use.
Sort new items by arrival time.
Leave cosmetic purchases and garage upgrades for later if the important stations are unfinished. Keep one insured primary and one secondary that work across Resupply and Threat Briefings. Count your available insured slots, then avoid filling the stash with random orange items just because they look valuable. On November 5, take the final FOB screenshot, clear the last junk, and stop spending once your reserve is ready. If your squad needs extra funds for a station upgrade, compare personal reserves first and consider MW4 DMZ Cash for sale before the first Season 1 raid begins.
